Every print is made for you
Nothing here sits in a box waiting. When you order, that print gets made. It takes longer than a warehouse. It's worth it.
How long it actually takes
The honest version, start to finish:
- Your order comes through and I send it to the printer
- Printed on Hahnemühle Photo Rag in Tāmaki Makaurau — 3 to 5 working days
- Couriered to the studio in Pōneke — 1 to 2 days
- I sign it, number it, pack it — 1 to 2 days
- Couriered to you
Aotearoa: allow 2 to 3 weeks.
Australia: allow 3 to 4 weeks.
Rest of the world: allow 4 to 6 weeks.
Most land sooner. I'd rather say three weeks and get it there in two than the other way round.
What it costs
Free shipping across Aotearoa. Everything, every size.
International is a flat rate at checkout. Overseas orders can get held at your border — that part's out of my hands, and any duties or taxes your country charges are yours.
How it's packed
Flat prints go in a rigid mailer with a backing board. Bigger ones go rolled in a tube. Everything's tracked — you get the number when it leaves.
Originals
Free shipping in Aotearoa. Overseas, get in touch before you buy and I'll quote the freight. A crated painting is a different job to a tube.
